Design–Build, Done with Precision
We are a full-service design–build firm, providing architecture, construction, landscape architecture, and interior design for all of our ground‑up projects. By unifying these disciplines under one roof, we offer a single source of responsibility from initial concept through building occupancy.
In a conventional architect–contractor setup, each side controls only part of the process. Information can be lost in the handoff, and clients can end up caught between parties when problems arise. Our integrated design–build model eliminates that divide. Design intent, technical detailing, and construction execution are aligned within one coordinated team.
This allows us to pursue a level of quality that is difficult to achieve in a typical contractor relationship. We study how essential elements—light, proportion, circulation, and open space—can be seamlessly integrated into the overall design, while ensuring that every client goal is not only met, but thoughtfully elevated. Because we both design and build, we rigorously coordinate structure, systems, finishes, and landscape, reducing surprises on site and protecting the integrity of the original vision.
Craft Beyond the Build
As a signature expression of our approach, we also look beyond the completed home. During construction, we collect select remnants—marble, travertine, brass, bronze, and other distinctive materials used in the project. In collaboration with Los Angeles artisans, these are transformed into bespoke jewelry pieces—bracelets, pendants, and small objects—crafted from the literal remains of the design–build process.
These pieces are presented to the homeowner as keepsakes: tangible reminders of the care, precision, and craftsmanship invested in their home.
